A vodka/orange and gin/tonic cost over £13. A) What the hell? B) The girl that served them to us was so mardy she may actually have escaped from a stereotype of mardy Londoners. The bar - the one below the orchestra stalls - was gorgeous though. Easily one of the most stunning in London, so well done them. Ladies loos on stalls level were pokey to get into (imagine those evening show queue) but clean and with those sexy Dyson blade dryers. Our seats - R17 and 18 in the stalls - had flawless views, but despite being on the end of a row my legs were still aching and leg room was non existent for anyone taller than tiny. If I were thoroughly minted though, I'd be more than happy to spend time hanging out in that stunning bar though, provided Sulky Witch Features was removed from bar duty and sent off to do something more suited to her talents, such as mortuary attending or walking down a street in rush hour. |
